LAvomatik Session - The Pierces - Turn On Billie

The Pierce sisters from New-York have been singing since they were little girls, when Simon&Garfunkel were teaching them harmonies from the record player. But overall, they must have been working like hell to reach this perfection. In 2 minutes in a laundromat, helped with fantastic musicians (Russell Simins, drummer of Jon Spencer Blues Explosion, guitarist from Cat Power, and great violonist), the sound was just perfect, distilling the beauty of the song.

Mais depuis, elles ont dû travailler incroyablement pour atteindre une telle perfection. En 2 minutes dans une laverie, aidées par de fantastiques musiciens (Russell Simins, le batteur de Jon Spencer Blues Explosion, le guitariste de Cat Power, et une superbe violoniste), le son était simplement parfait, distillant la beauté de leurs compositions.
